本文提出创建科商学院与科商智库、加强智库平台建设与大力开展科技与商业研究及科商管理研究，并对它们的内涵与必要性、紧迫性进行了论述。对科商思想及科商思想家进行了界定与探讨，说明在知识经济和科技与商业一体化的时代，科商思想家至关重要，应该率先崛起。
本文提齣創建科商學院與科商智庫、加彊智庫平檯建設與大力開展科技與商業研究及科商管理研究，併對它們的內涵與必要性、緊迫性進行瞭論述。對科商思想及科商思想傢進行瞭界定與探討，說明在知識經濟和科技與商業一體化的時代，科商思想傢至關重要，應該率先崛起。
본문제출창건과상학원여과상지고、가강지고평태건설여대력개전과기여상업연구급과상관리연구，병대타문적내함여필요성、긴박성진행료논술。대과상사상급과상사상가진행료계정여탐토，설명재지식경제화과기여상업일체화적시대，과상사상가지관중요，응해솔선굴기。
The paper proposes to establish ST&B Institutes and ST&B thinktanks, to strengthen the construction of think tank platform and carry out ST&B Studies and ST&B management studies, meanwhile, it also expounds the connotation, necessity and urgency of them. The definition and discussion of the ideas of ST&B and ST&B thinkers are still done in this paper, it believes that the ST&B thinkers are of utmost importance in an era of knowledge economy and in a time when science, technology and business are strongly integrated, and they should take the lead to sprang up.
