为了满足采矿系统自动化对多功能综合于一体的漏电保护系统性能提出的更高要求,设计了一种基于DSP TSM320C6678和单片机Atmega128双处理器的漏电保护系统。实验表明,该漏电保护系统性能稳定,动作可靠,解决了电阻值不固定、动作延时时间长及越级跳的问题,提高井下安全系数,为矿用漏电保护系统的设计和制造提供参考。

In order to meet the higher demands of mining automation systems for multi-function integrated in one of the leakage protection system performance,this article designed a Dual-core leakage protection systems based on single-chip Atmega128 and DSP TSM320C6678. Experiments show that this device are stable and reliable, and solved problem such as variable resistor of action, long time lag of action and mistrip. This power distribution device provides value of the certain theory basis and reference for mine design and manufacture and improve mine safety factor.
