针对影响和制约膜分离技术大规模推广应用的关键材料与技术瓶颈,中国科学院过程工程研究所“生化工程介质与设备”创新团队经过多年自主创新,在高性能分离膜材料、膜过程强化关键技术和高效膜分离装备等方面取得了系列科研成果,部分成果在调味品、水处理、中药等行业实现了产业化应用,创造了显著的经济效益和社会效益,为提高我国膜工业研发与应用水平,缩短我国膜分离行业与国外先进水平之间的差距,促进膜分离技术的大规模工业化应用做出了贡献。
針對影響和製約膜分離技術大規模推廣應用的關鍵材料與技術瓶頸,中國科學院過程工程研究所“生化工程介質與設備”創新糰隊經過多年自主創新,在高性能分離膜材料、膜過程彊化關鍵技術和高效膜分離裝備等方麵取得瞭繫列科研成果,部分成果在調味品、水處理、中藥等行業實現瞭產業化應用,創造瞭顯著的經濟效益和社會效益,為提高我國膜工業研髮與應用水平,縮短我國膜分離行業與國外先進水平之間的差距,促進膜分離技術的大規模工業化應用做齣瞭貢獻。

The shortages of membrane materials with high performance and effective control technique for membrane fouling are the key issues restricting the large-scale applications of membrane separation technology. For this reason, several signiifcant achievements of scientiifc research were obtained by “Bioengineering Media and Equipment Team” of Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. After about ten years of research, high-performance pervaporation membranes, membrane process intensification techniques and efficient membrane equipment were developed by the team. Parts of the achievements have realized industrial applications, such as in seasoning clariifcation and reifning, water puriifcation and wastewater treatment, and concentration of traditional Chinese medicine, creating remarkable economic and social beneifts. The achievements acquired from the team make contributions to enhance the R&D level of Chinese membrane industry and bridge the gap between the foreign advanced level and ours, as well as promote the large-scale application of membrane technology.
