建立了少齿数齿轮传动稳态温度场模型。结合传热学、摩擦学与齿轮啮合原理,计算轮齿节点外啮合时摩擦热流密度以及轮齿端面,轮齿齿面等区域的对流换热系数。给出一个示例,获得了少齿数齿轮稳态温度场。分析了温度场分布对少齿数齿轮副传动的影响。

In this paper, the model of steady state temperature field of little teeth number gear transmission is established. Combined with the heat transfer theory, the tribology and the principle of gear meshing, the frictional heat flux when the teeth node is in the external gearing process is calculated, as well as convective heat transfer coefficients in regions like the tooth face and the tooth surface. An example is given to gain the steady-state temperature field of little teeth number gear, and the influence of temperature field distribution on the transmission of little teeth number gear pair is also analyzed.
