目的：探究复方福尔可定糖浆在治疗小儿支气管炎中的临床效果。方法：选取2013年8月－2014年8月来我院就诊的45例小儿支气管炎患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组22例患者，治疗组23例患者。对照组采用常规性治疗方法，治疗组采用复方福尔可定糖浆进行治疗，对两组治疗效果进行比较分析。结果：在本次研究中，治疗组患者治疗总有效率为86．9％，对照组患者治疗总有效率为63．6％。治疗组的治疗效果明显高于对照组，两组患者比较结果有明显的差异，具有统计学意义（p ＜0．05）。结论：对小儿支气管炎患者采用复方福尔可定糖浆进行治疗，其效果明显，能减少临床症状，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐구복방복이가정당장재치료소인지기관염중적림상효과。방법：선취2013년8월－2014년8월래아원취진적45례소인지기관염환자위연구대상，장기수궤분위대조조화치료조，대조조22례환자，치료조23례환자。대조조채용상규성치료방법，치료조채용복방복이가정당장진행치료，대량조치료효과진행비교분석。결과：재본차연구중，치료조환자치료총유효솔위86．9％，대조조환자치료총유효솔위63．6％。치료조적치료효과명현고우대조조，량조환자비교결과유명현적차이，구유통계학의의（p ＜0．05）。결론：대소인지기관염환자채용복방복이가정당장진행치료，기효과명현，능감소림상증상，치득림상추엄응용。
abstract objective:to explore the compound pholcodine syrup clinical effect in treating infantile bronchitis.Selection methods:August 201 3 -August 201 4 to our hospital 45 cases of infantile bronchitis patients as the research object,its were randomly divided into control group and treat-ment group,control group of 22 patients,23 patients in treatment group.Control group adopted routine treatment,the treatment group used com-pound pholcodine syrup treatment,to compare the effect of two groups were analyzed.Results:in this study,the total effective rate of treatment group patients was 86.9%,control group patients treatment the total effective rate was 63.6%.Therapeutic effect of treatment group was obvious-ly higher than that of control group,two groups of patients were compared with the results have obvious differences,statistically significant (p <0.05).Conclusions:in patients with infantile bronchitis treatment with compound pholcodine syrup,and its obvious effect,can reduce the clini-cal symptoms,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
