长期以来,人们对于绿茶的种植及茶叶的加工关注较多,但忽视了绿茶籽的开发利用。超临界CO2萃取技术操作条件温和,对环境友好。文中探讨了超临界CO2萃取绿茶籽油的工艺,考察萃取压力、萃取温度、 CO2流量和萃取时间对绿茶籽油得率的影响。在优化的萃取工艺条件下,超临界CO2萃取绿茶籽油的得率为33.2%,比传统有机溶剂法得率高,且萃取时间短、无溶剂残留。

For a long time, people have been paying more attention to the cultivation of green tea and the processing of tea, but neglected the development and utilization of green tea seed. Supercritical CO2 extraction technology is mild and environmentally friendly. Extraction process of green tea seed oil using carbon dioxide at supercritical conditions was carried out. The influences of operating pressure, operating temperature and extracting time on the extraction yield of green tea seed oil were studied. Under the optimized extraction conditions, the extraction yield of green tea seed oil by supercritical carbon dioxide was 33. 2%, which was higher than that of traditional organic solvent. The extraction time of this method was short, and the method had no solvent residue.
