为了增加催化裂化装置的原料来源,需将焦化蜡油脱氮精制后再进行催化裂化。本文介绍了几种油品的脱氮方法及其优缺点,然后选取络合脱氮法对焦化蜡油进行脱氮,再将脱氮后的焦化蜡油掺炼到催化裂化原料中进行催化裂化。结果表明:掺炼脱氮后的焦化蜡油进行催化裂化,催化装置的焦炭产率下降,轻油收率上升。

In order to increase the raw materials sources of FCCU, CGO needs to be denitrificated before it go into the FCC. Several methods of oil denitrification and their advantages and disadvantages were described, the complex denitrification was chose to denitrificate, CGO was put after denitrification into the FCC catalytic cracking feedstock. The results showed that coker gas oil blended nitrogen after catalytic cracking, coke yield declined, light oil yield increased.
