目的：研究剖宫产术后6月内意外妊娠临床应对措施分析。方法：按照随机分号法将我院2011年1月－2014年12月间诊治的50例剖宫产术后半年内意外妊娠患者均分为两组，对单号组患者进行药物流产加 B 超引导下清宫术（观察组），对双号组患者进行单纯药物流产（对照组），对比观察二者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的终止妊娠率为96．00％，对照组患者为68．00％，前者明显更高，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；在不良反应发生率方面，观察组患者为8．00％，明显低于对照组的40．00％，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：对于剖宫产术后半年内意外妊娠患者来讲，采用药物流产加 B 超引导下清宫术终止妊娠的方式不仅可以显著提高终止率，而且还能降低不良反应的发生率，值得临床推广使用。
목적：연구부궁산술후6월내의외임신림상응대조시분석。방법：안조수궤분호법장아원2011년1월－2014년12월간진치적50례부궁산술후반년내의외임신환자균분위량조，대단호조환자진행약물유산가 B 초인도하청궁술（관찰조），대쌍호조환자진행단순약물유산（대조조），대비관찰이자적림상치료효과。결과：관찰조환자적종지임신솔위96．00％，대조조환자위68．00％，전자명현경고，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；재불량반응발생솔방면，관찰조환자위8．00％，명현저우대조조적40．00％，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론：대우부궁산술후반년내의외임신환자래강，채용약물유산가 B 초인도하청궁술종지임신적방식불부가이현저제고종지솔，이차환능강저불량반응적발생솔，치득림상추엄사용。
objective:to study the 6 months after cesarean section ac-cidental pregnancy clinical response analysis.Methods:according to the method of random semicolon will be our hospital between January 2011 -December 2014,the diagnosis and treatment of 50 cases of unwanted pregnancy and a half years after cesarean section patients were divided into two groups,the number of single group of patients for medical abortion and ultrasound guided surgery (observation group),qing pure medical abortion was carried out on the double number group of patients (control group),compared to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the two.Results:the observation group of patients with termination of gestation rate was 96.00%,the control group patients was 68.00%,the former is obviously higher,the difference statistically significant (P <0.05);In terms of incidence of adverse reactions,observation group of patients was 8.00%,significantly lower than the control group,40.00% of the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:for patients with unwanted pregnancy and a half years after cesarean section,the use of medical abortion under ultrasound guidance technique termination qing way not only can significantly increase the rate of termination,but also can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,worthy of clinical use.
