目的：探究老年精神分裂症患者药物治疗效果。方法选取2013年11月至2014年11月我院收治的老年精神分裂症患者200例，按照治疗方法的不同分为两组，每组100例，对照组采用利培酮治疗，观察组采用奥氮平治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为95.0%，对照组为92.0%，观察组总有效率与对照组之间不存在显著差异；治疗前及治疗后，两组PANSS评分之间不存在显著差异，P＞0.05，无统计学意义。观察组不良反应发生率（18.0%）明显低于对照组（24.0%），P＜0.05，有统计学意义。结论奥氮平与利培酮在老年精神分裂患者治疗中均有较好的疗效，但相对而言奥氮平在治疗中的不良反应发生较少，综合疗效更好，因而在疾病治疗当中应对药物进行合理选择。

Objective To explore medicine treatment effect of aged schizophrenia.Method choose 200 aged patients with schizophrenia received in our hospital during November 2013 to November 2014, and divide them into two groups according to different treatment methods, 100 cases in each. Control group was treated with risperidone, observation group with olanzapine and observe clinical effect of both groups.Result total effective rate was 95% of observation group, 92% of control group, there was no significant difference between observation and control group. There was no significant difference between both groups with PANSS scores before and after treatment with no statistical significance,P> 0.05. Adverse reaction rate of observation group (18%) was significantly lower than that of control group (24%) with statistically significance,P < 0.05. Conclusion olanzapine and risperidone in treatment of aged schizophrenia has good clinical effect, and relatively olanzapine shows less adverse reactions and better comprehensive effect, so rational medicine therapy should be selected in treatment of diseases.
