针对目前高压大流量乳化液泵测试系统无法进行变频控制的问题,提出了一种基于变频控制加载的测试技术。该测试系统不仅能够满足MT/T 188.2-2000标准规定的试验要求,同时能够对乳化液泵在变频控制下的性能进行测试。通过对国内外3种典型乳化液泵站进行测试分析,充分验证了测试系统的先进性,同时对乳化液泵变频控制下的润滑性能、容积效率、总效率等方面进行了研究。

In order to solve the problem which the current testing technology for the large-flow-rate and high-pressure emulsion pump cannot testing the performance under variable-frequency-drive (VFD) control conditions, a testing technology based on the VFD loading method was proposed. The testing system can meet the testing requirements of MT / T 188.2 industry standard and test the performance of the emulsion pump under VFD control conditions. By use of the testing system, three typical domestic and foreign emulsion pumps were tested and analyzed, in order to validate the advancements of the testing system. Meanwhile, the lubricating properties , volumetric efficiency, overall efficiency of the emulsion pumps under VFD control conditions were studied.
