目的：观察胆石利通片用于胆道结石术后的临床疗效。方法选取医院2012年1月至2014年3月收治的胆道结石患者90例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各45例。对照组患者采用胆道结石常规手术治疗；观察组患者加用胆石利通片，每次6片，每日3次，饭后口服，出院后持续服药半年。结果观察组临床治愈率为57.78%，总有效率为95.56%，明显高于对照组的40.00%和73.33%（ P﹤0.05）；与术前比较，两组术后第30天血清总胆红素、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶水平均明显下降，且观察组下降更明显（ P﹤0.05）。结论胆石利通片用于胆道结石术后，能显著减轻患者的临床症状和体征，且安全性良好，值得推广。
목적：관찰담석리통편용우담도결석술후적림상료효。방법선취의원2012년1월지2014년3월수치적담도결석환자90례，안조수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조，각45례。대조조환자채용담도결석상규수술치료；관찰조환자가용담석리통편，매차6편，매일3차，반후구복，출원후지속복약반년。결과관찰조림상치유솔위57.78%，총유효솔위95.56%，명현고우대조조적40.00%화73.33%（ P﹤0.05）；여술전비교，량조술후제30천혈청총담홍소、혈청병안산안기전이매수평균명현하강，차관찰조하강경명현（ P﹤0.05）。결론담석리통편용우담도결석술후，능현저감경환자적림상증상화체정，차안전성량호，치득추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Danshi Litong Tablets on biliary calculi. Methods A total of 90 cases diagnosed biliary calculi in the hospital from January 2012 to March 2013 were selected and averagely divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method. The control group was treated by the conventional biliary calculi surgery,while the observation group was added with oral Danshi Litong Tablets,6 tablets each time,3 times daily,for successive 6 months after discharge. Results The significantly effective rate and total effective rate in the observation group were 57. 78% and 95. 56% respectively,which were obviously higher than 40. 00% and 73. 33% in the control group respectively( P ﹤ 0. 05);the levels of serum total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase on postoperative 30 d in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before operation,but the decrease in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Con-clusion Danshi Litong Tablets has obvious effect for treating biliary calculi,can remarkably alleviate the clinical signs and symptoms of patients and is worth of promotion.
