针对常规条件下传统数控铣削加工效率低的弊端,利用Solidcam的Imachining加工策略优化数铣编程及加工。通过以上2种加工方式对某零件进行试切并进行对比,结果证明,Imachin-ing加工相对传统加工方式不仅提高了编程效率,而且节省了70%以上的加工时间,显著地提升了数铣加工效率。

For the low efficiency in the traditional processing method of NC milling under normal conditions, using Imachining strategy of Solidcam to optimize NC milling programming and processing. Try to mill some part in two ways and compare the results. It is proved that compared with traditional method. Imachining strategy not only improves the efficiency of programming, but also saves more than seventy percent processing time, greatly improving the efficiency of NC milling processing.
