The probability analys for beam of hydraulic support is created with ANSYS/PDS. The geometric dimensions,material properties and load are taken as random variables with a normal distribution.The conclusion that the major influence factors of reliability of beam is main reinforcement thickness and reliability of beam is obtained.This provides academic evidence for the optimization of hydraulic support.
