目的：研究TLIF结合单侧钉棒系统治疗FLLDH的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院自2012年05月至2014年12月期间，采用TLIF结合单侧钉棒系统治疗FLLDH患者17例，男11例，女6例；年龄24~66岁，平均44岁。病程1周~11个月，平均3个月。术前术后参考JOA腰腿痛评分及ODI功能障碍指数对神经功能改善和手术疗效进行评价。结果17例患者均获得随访，时间3~30个月，平均12个月。术后患者切口均I/甲愈合，末次随访时JOA评分与术前比较明显改善，平均改善率为95％，ODI评分比术前有明显降低。结论 TLIF结合单侧钉棒系统治疗FLLDH，增加了融合节段的即刻稳定性，恢复和维持了椎间高度。手术简单、安全、有效、可靠，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study clinical effect of treating FLLDH by TLIF combined with unilateral nail rod system. Method review and analyze 17 cases of FLLDH patients received in our hospital during May, 2012 and December 2014 treated with TLIF combined with unilateral nail-rod system, among which, 11 male cases, 6 female cases, aged from 66 to 24 with average of 44, disease course from 1 week to 11 months with an average of 3 months. Before and after operation, evaluate neural function improvement and operation effect referring to JOA lumbocrural pain scores and ODI disability index.Result all 17 patients were followed up for 3 to 30 months with an average of 12 months. Incision of patients after operation was healed with I/A level, JOA scores of the last follow-up is significantly improved compared with those before operation, with an average improvement rate of 95%, and ODI scores was significantly decreased than those before operation.Conclusion treating FLLDH by TLIF combined with unilateral nail-rod system may increase immediate stability of fusion segment, recover and maintain intervertebral height. The operation is simple, safe, effective and reliable, which is worthy of being spreaded for clinical application.
