通过UG绘图软件建造圆柱齿轮实体模型以及凹凸模,运用DEFORM-3D有限元软件对圆柱齿轮温锻成形进行了数值模拟。模拟了不同的上模运动速度对齿轮成形的影响,分析了成形过程中行程载荷、应变场和温度场的差别,给出了模具运动速度的选取方案。

The UG graphics software has been used to build model of cylindrical gear, punch and die. The DEFORM-3D software has been used to simulate the cylindrical gear warm forging process. The effect on gear forming due to different punch velocity has been simulated. The difference of curve of loading-stroke forming process, strain field and temperature field has been analyzed and the scheme selection of velocity is given in the experiments.
