目的：探讨和观察对妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产术后患者进行护理的效果。方法选择该院自2013年2月—2015年1月收治的96例确诊为妊娠糖尿病患者作为探讨观察对象,在行剖宫产手术后,全部对其进行综合护理干预,同时,对他们护理前后的血糖指标,胰岛素用量等情况,以及ADL和SAS评分情况进行分析比较。结果患者护理后空腹和餐后血糖指分别为(5.96±0.81)、(7.32±1.06)mmol/L,较护理前发生显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者护理前经护理后：ADL与 SAS评分分别为(63.69±6.56)、(33.26±5.71)分,较护理前情况大为改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对娠期糖尿病剖宫产术后患者,运用综合护理能有效稳定患者血糖,提升患者生活质量和改善患者心理状态效果良好。
목적：탐토화관찰대임신기당뇨병부궁산술후환자진행호리적효과。방법선택해원자2013년2월—2015년1월수치적96례학진위임신당뇨병환자작위탐토관찰대상,재행부궁산수술후,전부대기진행종합호리간예,동시,대타문호리전후적혈당지표,이도소용량등정황,이급ADL화SAS평분정황진행분석비교。결과환자호리후공복화찬후혈당지분별위(5.96±0.81)、(7.32±1.06)mmol/L,교호리전발생현저개선,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。환자호리전경호리후：ADL여 SAS평분분별위(63.69±6.56)、(33.26±5.71)분,교호리전정황대위개선,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대신기당뇨병부궁산술후환자,운용종합호리능유효은정환자혈당,제승환자생활질량화개선환자심리상태효과량호。
Objective To investigate and observe the effect of nursing after cesarean section in pregnancy. Methods In our hospital from February 2013 to 2015 to January of 96 cases diagnosed as women with gestational diabetes mellitus as study object, after undergoing cesarean section, all of the of comprehensive nursing intervention. At the same time, their nursing before and after the glycemic index and the dosage of insulin situation, as well as ADL and SAS score situation were com-parative analysis. Results After the patients, the fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels were (5.96 ± 0.81), (7.32± 1.06) mmol/L, compared with the nursing before the occurrence of significant improvement, P value was less than 0.05, there was statistical significance. The ADL and SAS scores were (63.69 ± 6.56) and (33.26 ± 5.71), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The gestational diabetes caesarean section patients, the use of integrated care to blood glucose in patients with stable and effective, improve patients improve the quality of life and psychological state of patients with good effect.
