冲击活塞是凿岩机关键部件之一,其工作环境恶劣,受力情况复杂,高速、高频的撞击钎尾是其失效的主要原因。通过分析研究凿岩机实际作业情况,基于破岩时的能量传递方式,建立碰撞模型。借助ANSYS Workbench显式动力学模块对活塞进行了碰撞动力学分析,得到整个碰撞过程中活塞的应力历程图、速度历程图以及应力、应变云图。将复杂抽象的碰撞过程实现直观形象的表达,计算结果和活塞实际的失效情况吻合,对活塞的生产、制造和热处理具有指导意义。

The piston is one of the most key components of the rock drill, whose working condition is poor and stress situation is complex. The main reason of the piston ’s failure is impacting the shank with high speed and high frequency. The collision model was setted up based on the actual operation situation of the rock drill. The collision dynamic analysis was done with the explicit dynamics module of the ANSYS Workbench. The analysis got the strss process diagram, the velocity process diagram, the stress nephogram and the strain nephogram. The analysis is vivid and the calculation results is consistent with the actual situation. There is a guiding significance to the production, the manufacture and the heat treatment of the piston.
