云南某硫化铅锌矿混合精矿因长期堆存而深度氧化,矿样粒度较细,-0.038 mm含量为85.43%,分离难度较大,其中铅矿物主要有方铅矿、铅矾、白铅矿,锌矿物主要有闪锌矿、氧化锌和硅锌矿,为了有效的回收铅锌,对其进行了详细的选矿试验研究,确定采用“酸洗浮选—抑铅浮锌—高压电选除杂”选矿工艺,最终获得了锌品位为46.36%、铅品位1.61%、锌回收率73.20%的锌精矿和铅品位40.80%、锌品位4.19%、铅回收率63.64%的铅精矿,为该矿山铅锌资源的综合利用提供参考依据。

A lead and zinc sulfide bulk concentrate in Yunnan containing lead, zinc and silver, was deep oxidized for long time stockpile.The main metallic minerals are sphalerite, galena, an-glesite, cerussite, zinc oxide and willemite.The particle size is fine and the content of -0.038 mm is 85.43%, so the separation is difficult.The flowsheet of“pickling flotation-lead depressing and zinc flotation-high voltage electrostatic separation” was determined by beneficiation tests, ob-taining zinc concentrate with grade of Zn 46.36%, grade of Pb 1.31%, the recovery of Zn 73.20%and the lead concentrate with grade of Pb 40.80%, the grade of Zn 4.19%and the re-covery of Pb 63.64%, providing a reference for the exploitation and utilization of lead and zinc re-sources.
