为确保整套系统的安全运行,以某输气管道为研究对象进行三维数值模拟方法的研究。依据经典力学理论,分析了在均匀内压作用下管道的应力特征,总结对比了管道的失效准则。在此基础上建立了管道的三维数值模型,考虑基础沉降的影响对管道变形与力学状态进行了数值模拟,分析并得到管道应力随基础沉降量的变化规律。结果表明:应用该方法可以比较真实地模拟出管道的应力和变形分布规律,确定管道基础沉降的敏感位置和沉降临界值,为管道的现场施工、实时监测和安全性分析提供有价值的参考意见。

To ensure the safe operation of the entire system, research on 3D numerical simulation of a gas pipeline is carried out in this article. According to the classical mechanics theory, the stress characteristic of pipeline under uniform internal pressure is analyzed, and the failure criterion of pipeline is summarized and compared. On this basis, 3D numerical model is established, and the deformation and mechanics state of pipeline under foundation settlement are simulated. The change rule of stress varying with foundation settlement is then obtained. The results show that the pipeline stress and deformation distribu-tion are really simulated, then the sensitive position and critical value of the foundation settlement of pipeline are determined. Thus it could provide valuable reference opinions for site construction, real-time monitoring and safety analysis of pipeline.
