以MG650/1620采煤机为例,采用集中参数法,分析采煤机传动系统的振动响应,对多轴齿轮传动进行动力学建模。建模过程中考虑了齿轮的偏心、轴的弯曲、扭转以及齿轮啮合处的啮合误差引起传动系统的振动,建立了模型,得到传动系统中轴、轴承和齿轮的动力学特性,方便进一步的分析。

Taking MG650/1620 shearer as example, lumped parameter method is used in this paper to analysis vibration response of shearer transmission system and build the dynamics model of multi axes gear drive systems. The eccentricity of gears, the shaft bending and torsion, meshing error of gear mesh have been taken into account during the process of building model. The model has taken most situations into account. We get the dynamics characteristic of shafts, bearings, gears in the system and bring a convenience for further theoretical analysis.
