由于国家防爆柴油机标准的特殊要求,防爆柴油机与普通车用柴油机的进、排气歧管在结构上区别很大,有些防爆柴油机进、排气歧管采用焊接结构,流通阻力大,通过流体分析软件分析并优化防爆柴油机进、排气歧管的流道,减小进排气阻力,减小能量损失。并通过发动机台架试验验证歧管结构优化前后的防爆柴油机性能与排放。试验结果表明:防爆进、排气歧管优化后,扭矩平均增加1.38%;功率平均增加4.02%;油耗率平均下降1.05%;进气流量平均增加1.97%;CO排放量平均下降38.82%;NOX排放量平均下降5.81%,优化后的防爆进、排气歧管使防爆柴油机的各项性能得到提升。

Due to the special requirements of the national standard, the explosion-proof diesel engine and ordinary diesel engine has big difference in the inlet and exhaust manifold structures. Some of the inlet and exhaust manifold are the welding structure, the resistance is big. The inlet and exhaust manifold is analyzed and optimized by software in the paper, to reduce exhaust resistance and the energy loss. Through the engine bench test and contrast into the exhaust manifold explosion-proof engine performance and emissions of external characteristic before and after the optimization. Test results show that the explosion protection into the exhaust manifold after optimization, the torque has increased the average torque increase by 1.38%;The average power increase by 4.02%;The average fuel consumption rate decline by 1.05%;Air intake flow average increase by 1.97%;CO emissions an average decline was 38.82%;NOx emissions by an average decline was 5.81%, the optimized explosion protection into the exhaust manifold to the comprehensive performance of diesel engine was promoted.
