利用ANSYS分析软件对大型直线振动筛进行模态分析和时间历程响应分析,计算得出大型直线振动筛的7阶、8阶固有频率和其工作频率接近,容易产生共振,降低了振动筛的使用寿命。通过利用动画分析得到振动筛两侧板处在工作过程中的振动位移较大,因此,对振动筛加装加强肋,避免了共振的发生,同时也增强了侧板的强度。
利用ANSYS分析軟件對大型直線振動篩進行模態分析和時間歷程響應分析,計算得齣大型直線振動篩的7階、8階固有頻率和其工作頻率接近,容易產生共振,降低瞭振動篩的使用壽命。通過利用動畫分析得到振動篩兩側闆處在工作過程中的振動位移較大,因此,對振動篩加裝加彊肋,避免瞭共振的髮生,同時也增彊瞭側闆的彊度。
이용ANSYS분석연건대대형직선진동사진행모태분석화시간역정향응분석,계산득출대형직선진동사적7계、8계고유빈솔화기공작빈솔접근,용역산생공진,강저료진동사적사용수명。통과이용동화분석득도진동사량측판처재공작과정중적진동위이교대,인차,대진동사가장가강륵,피면료공진적발생,동시야증강료측판적강도。
Used ANSYS to analysis the modal and the time history response of large linear vibration screen,results show that large linear vibration screen 7,8 order natural frequency and working frequency was relatively close, it was easy to produce resonance, thereby reducded the work life of the vibration screen. Through used animation analysis showed that there was the larger vibration displacement at both sides of vibration screen, when it’s working,therefore, the vibration screen was additionally provided with reinforcing ribs, which not only avoided resonance, but also enhanced the strength of the side board.
