在Pro/E中对ZY18000-25-45型液压支架底座建立三维模型,对其进行参数化修改,利用ANSYS优化设计模块对底座进行应力优化设计并对优化后的模型进行可靠性数值模拟,结果表明优化后的液压支架满足可靠性的要求,对液压支架底座的设计具有借鉴意义。

Establishment of model of ZY18000-25-45 type hydraulic support based in Pro/E, then carries on the parameter modification, using ANSYS optimization design module on the base of the stress optimization design and reliability of the numerical simulation of the model after optimization, the results show that the hydraulic bracket after optimization meet the reliability requirements, has the reference significance for design of hydraulic support based.
