目的：观察并探讨老年糖尿病合并肛肠疾病患者围术期处理效果。方法随机选择2012—2014年该院收治的经过手术治疗的68例老年糖尿病合并肛肠疾病患者为研究对象，给予有效的血糖控制及细致的围术期观察与处理。结果经充分围术期治疗和护理，血糖控制较好，未发生术中猝死，并发症较少，平均住院12.5 d。结论老年糖尿病合并肛肠疾病的围手术期有效监测和管理，能够有效控制血糖在理想范围，有效缩短老年糖尿病合并肛肠疾病患者的病程，降低费用提高肛肠疾病的治愈率。
목적：관찰병탐토노년당뇨병합병항장질병환자위술기처리효과。방법수궤선택2012—2014년해원수치적경과수술치료적68례노년당뇨병합병항장질병환자위연구대상，급여유효적혈당공제급세치적위술기관찰여처리。결과경충분위술기치료화호리，혈당공제교호，미발생술중졸사，병발증교소，평균주원12.5 d。결론노년당뇨병합병항장질병적위수술기유효감측화관리，능구유효공제혈당재이상범위，유효축단노년당뇨병합병항장질병환자적병정，강저비용제고항장질병적치유솔。
Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of elderly diabetic patients with anorectal diseases perioperative treatment effect. Methods Randomly selected in our hospital from 2012—2014 years treated after surgery in the treatment of 68 cases of senile diabetes mellitus with anorectal disease patients as the research object, giving effective glycemic con-trol and careful perioperative observation and treatment. Results The treatment and nursing of the patients were well con-trolled, and the blood glucose control was good, and there was no sudden death in the patients. The complications were less, and the average hospitalization was 12.5 d. Conclusion The elderly diabetic patients with anorectal diseases in periopera-tive period of effective monitoring and management, can effectively control the blood glucose in the ideal range, effectively shortening the elderly diabetic patients with anorectal disease patients in the course of the disease, reduce costs and im-prove the cure rate of anorectal diseases.
