目的：以医院“三甲”创建为契机，探索其药学服务发展，提高药学服务水平。方法结合“三甲”评审标准和医院发展需求，通过对实践工作中药学服务进行分析，总结成果与不足，借鉴其他“三甲”医院发展经验，提出医院药学发展规划。结果与结论以“提供医院合理用药、保证患者用药安全”为目标，结合现状，适应药学发展新形势，以评促改，抓住机遇，在药学服务实践过程中不断探索与创新，以提高药学服务水平，寻求药学服务发展之路。
목적：이의원“삼갑”창건위계궤，탐색기약학복무발전，제고약학복무수평。방법결합“삼갑”평심표준화의원발전수구，통과대실천공작중약학복무진행분석，총결성과여불족，차감기타“삼갑”의원발전경험，제출의원약학발전규화。결과여결론이“제공의원합리용약、보증환자용약안전”위목표，결합현상，괄응약학발전신형세，이평촉개，조주궤우，재약학복무실천과정중불단탐색여창신，이제고약학복무수평，심구약학복무발전지로。
Objective To explore the development of pharmacy services by taking the opportunity of creating the first-class hospital, and to promote the pharmacy services. Methods Combined with the accreditation standards and development needs of the first-class hospital,the pharmacy services in the work were analyzed through practice,the results and deficiency were summarized,and the pharma-ceutical development plan was put forward through the experience of the development of other first-class hospitals. Results and Con-clusion With the aim of providing the rational drug use in hospital and guaranteeing the patients' safety,measures of "reforming through assessment" were taken based on the current situation to adapt to the new trend of pharmacy. Chances should be seized to en-hance the continuous innovation and exploration in the process of pharmaceutical practice in order to improve the pharmaceutical service and seek for new development.
