目的：为抗菌药物类国家基本药物的合理使用、分析及政策制订提供参考。方法统计并分析医院2012至2014年门诊药房抗菌药物的销售数据。结果医院抗菌药物中国家基本药物金额和用药频度（DDDs）分别占全部抗菌药物的比例，2012年5月至2013年4月为30.00%和32.26%，2013年5月至2014年4月分别为25.12%和40.37%，抗菌药物中国家基本药物DDDs排前10位的由4种变为5种。结论抗菌药物中国家基本药物在医院门诊药房使用情况较好，高于山东省相关要求，但仍需加大国家基本药物在医院的宣传、推广力度，促进其在临床优先、合理使用。

Objective To provide reference to the rational use,analysis and managment of antibiotics in national essential drugs. Methods The sales data of antibiotics used in the hospital from 2012 to 2014 were analyzed statistically. Results The consumption sum and DDDs of antibiotics in national essential drugs accounted for 30. 00% and 32. 26%of total antibiotics from May 2012 to April 2013, and 25. 12% and 40. 37% from May 2013 to April 2014. The DDDs of antibiotics in national essential drugs ranked in the top 10 increased from 4 to 5 kinds. Conclusion The utilization of antibiotics in national essential drugs in the outpatient pharmacy is satis-factory,it is higher than the relevant requirements of Shandong Province. However,it still needs to improve the acceptation and under-standing of national essential drugs in the hospital to promote its priority and rational use in clinic.
