目的:探讨丹红注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效及对神经传导的影响。方法将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者给予甲钴胺治疗,每天1次,每次500μg,加入0.9%氯化钠注射液200 mL中静脉滴注;观察组在对照组基础上给予丹红注射液治疗,每天1次,每次20 mL,加入0.9%氯化钠注射液200 mL中静脉滴注。所有患者均以4周为1个疗程。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(χ2=6.270,P﹤0.05)。腓总神经,对照组感觉神经和运动神经传导速度分别为(40.5±4.7)m/s和(38.6±5.8)m/s,显著低于观察组的(46.4±5.0)m/s和(43.1±4.6)m/s( t=6.08,4.30,P﹤0.05);正中神经,对照组感觉神经和运动神经传导速度分别为(50.5±4.6)m/s和(48.6±5.6)m/s,显著低于观察组的(56.4±5.1)m/s和(53.1±4.8)m/s( t=6.08,4.31,P﹤0.05)。结论丹红注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效较好,神经传导功能恢复快,值得临床推广。

목적:탐토단홍주사액치료당뇨병주위신경병변적림상료효급대신경전도적영향。방법장100례환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조,각50례。대조조환자급여갑고알치료,매천1차,매차500μg,가입0.9%록화납주사액200 mL중정맥적주;관찰조재대조조기출상급여단홍주사액치료,매천1차,매차20 mL,가입0.9%록화납주사액200 mL중정맥적주。소유환자균이4주위1개료정。결과관찰조환자치료총유효솔위90.00%,명현고우대조조적70.00%(χ2=6.270,P﹤0.05)。비총신경,대조조감각신경화운동신경전도속도분별위(40.5±4.7)m/s화(38.6±5.8)m/s,현저저우관찰조적(46.4±5.0)m/s화(43.1±4.6)m/s( t=6.08,4.30,P﹤0.05);정중신경,대조조감각신경화운동신경전도속도분별위(50.5±4.6)m/s화(48.6±5.6)m/s,현저저우관찰조적(56.4±5.1)m/s화(53.1±4.8)m/s( t=6.08,4.31,P﹤0.05)。결론단홍주사액치료당뇨병주위신경병변료효교호,신경전도공능회복쾌,치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Danhong Injection in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) and its in-fluence on nerve conduction. Methods Totally 100 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given mecobalamin,once a day,500 μg per time,adding 200 mL of 0. 9% sodium chlo-ride injection to conduct intravenous infusion;the observation group were added Danhong Injection on the basis of the control group, once a day,20 mL per time,adding 200 mL of 0. 9% sodium chloride injection to conduct intravenous infusion;all patients were treated for 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90. 00%,which was significantly higher than 70. 00% in the control group(χ2=6. 270,P ﹤ 0. 05);peroneal nerve,sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity of the control group were (40. 5 ± 4. 7)m/s and (38. 6 ± 5. 8)m/s,which were significantly lower than (46. 4 ± 5. 0)m/s and (43. 1 ± 4. 6)m/s of the control group, ( t=6. 08,4. 30,P ﹤ 0. 05);median nerve,sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity of the control group were(50. 5 ± 4. 6)m/s and (48. 6 ± 5. 6)m/s,which were significantly lower than(56. 4 ± 5. 1)m/s and(53. 1 ± 4. 8)m/s of the control group( t=6. 08,4. 31, P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Danhong Injection in treatment of DPN had good effect,can promote faster recovery of the nerve conduction, and is worth of clinical promotion.
