【目的】探讨非器质性呼吸困难患者的焦虑抑郁情绪状态及其情绪影响因素。【方法】选取本院急诊科2011年5月至2015年5月收治的非器质性呼吸困难患者80例，采用 Zung 抑郁自评量表(SDS)和 Zung 焦虑自评量表(SAS)分别评测患者的抑郁和焦虑状况。根据焦虑抑郁状态分为焦虑组和非焦虑组，抑郁组和非抑郁组。分析各因素与焦虑抑郁情绪状态的关系。【结果】80例患者中焦虑占32.50%(26/80)，抑郁占25.00%(20/80)，焦虑合并抑郁者占7.50%(6/80)。与焦虑组相比，非焦虑组在性别、学历、失眠和合并抑郁方面存在显著性差异(P<0.05)；抑郁组和非抑郁组在学历、失眠和合并焦虑方面存在显著性差异(P <0.05)。经 Logistic 回归分析显示，性别、学历、失眠和合并抑郁是非器质性呼吸困难患者焦虑的独立危险因素；学历、失眠和合并焦虑是非器质性呼吸困难患者抑郁的独立危险因素。【结论】非器质性呼吸困难患者焦虑抑郁情绪受到性别、学历、失眠等影响，应积极采取心理干预措施治疗。
【목적】탐토비기질성호흡곤난환자적초필억욱정서상태급기정서영향인소。【방법】선취본원급진과2011년5월지2015년5월수치적비기질성호흡곤난환자80례，채용 Zung 억욱자평량표(SDS)화 Zung 초필자평량표(SAS)분별평측환자적억욱화초필상황。근거초필억욱상태분위초필조화비초필조，억욱조화비억욱조。분석각인소여초필억욱정서상태적관계。【결과】80례환자중초필점32.50%(26/80)，억욱점25.00%(20/80)，초필합병억욱자점7.50%(6/80)。여초필조상비，비초필조재성별、학력、실면화합병억욱방면존재현저성차이(P<0.05)；억욱조화비억욱조재학력、실면화합병초필방면존재현저성차이(P <0.05)。경 Logistic 회귀분석현시，성별、학력、실면화합병억욱시비기질성호흡곤난환자초필적독립위험인소；학력、실면화합병초필시비기질성호흡곤난환자억욱적독립위험인소。【결론】비기질성호흡곤난환자초필억욱정서수도성별、학력、실면등영향，응적겁채취심리간예조시치료。
[Objective]To explore the negative emotion of patients with non-organic dyspnea and its influential fac-tors.[Methods]Totally 80 patients with non-organic dyspnea in emergence department of our hospital from May 2011 to May 2015 were selected.Zung self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression of patients.According to the anxiety and depression status,all patients were divided into anxie-ty group,non-anxiety group,depression group and non-depression group.The relationship of the factors with anxiety and depression emotion was analyzed.[Results]There were 26 patients(32.50%)with anxiety,20 patients(25.00%)with depression and 6 patients(7.50%)with anxiety and depression in 80 patients.There were significant differences in gender, education level,insomnia and accompanying depression between anxiety group and non-anxiety group(P <0.05).There was significant difference in education level,insomnia and accompanying depression between depression group and non-de-pression group(P <0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the gender,education level,insomnia and accompan-ying depression were independent risk factors of the anxiety in patients with non-organic dyspnea,and education level,in-somnia and accompanying depression were independent risk factors of depression in patients with non-organic dyspnea.[Conclusion]The anxiety and depression of patients with non-organic dyspnea are influenced by gender,education level and insomnia.Psychological measures for the treatment should be taken actively.
