三苯二炔类液晶化合物因具有双折射率（△n）高、向列相温度范围宽等特性而受到研究人员的重视。研究采用Sonogashira 偶联法合成了4种苯基含氟和甲基的三苯二炔类液晶化合物（Ⅵ），合成总产率达到20％，IR和NMR测试结果表明这些化合物的结构正确。对目标化合物的物化性质进行测试，结果表明，这些化合物具有较高的△n（＞0．42）和相对较低的熔点（72—83℃）以及较宽的向列相温度范围（60—100℃）。将这些化合物应用于液晶器件中，对于提高器件的响应性能具有积极意义。

Phenylethynyltolane compounds have attracted the attention of researchers because of the advantages of high birefringence (△n) and broad nematic range .Four types of methylated and fluorinated phenylethynyltolane compounds was prepared mainly via sonogashira cross-coupling reaction with 20% yield and their structures are confirmed by IR and NMR .The property test results indicated that these compounds exhibit high birefringence (>0.42),low melting point(72—83 ℃) and broad nematic temperature range (60—100 ℃).These compounds are particularly attractive for increasing response performance of liquid crystalline devices .
