In 2012,Chinese Ministry of Education published the document that is The National Plan for The Development of Education Informatization(2011-2020).It clearly stated that vocational education information needed to strengthen because it was the weak link of chinese education informatization.Therefore,exploring Vocational College campus information technology for top-level design is particularly urgent.Through Xi'an Vocational and Technical College campus information technology planning analysis and discussion in order to build the top-level design information for higher vocational colleges to provide a reference case.
