天丝/T400弹性纤维面料染整的工艺流程包括酶退浆、烧毛、轧漂短蒸、定型、苛化、酶处理、原纤化、染色和后整理等工序.定型工艺条件为170 ℃×30 s,苛化处理烧碱质量浓度为90~100 g/L;采用抛光酶进行抛光处理;染色时采用两浴两步法,分散料染色温度控制在120 ℃;后整理选用亲水性柔软剂和吸湿排汗整理剂,赋予织物优异的吸湿排汗性能.

The dyeing and finishing process for tencel/T400 elastic fibers blended fabric includes enzyme desizing, singeing, padding-bleaching-short steaming, sizing, causticizing, enzyme treatment, fibrillation, dyeing and post-finishing. The sizing process condition is 170 ℃×30 s, the sodium hydroxide concentration in causticization is 90~100 g/L. The bio-polishing enzyme is used for polishing treatment. Two-bath and two-step method is used in dyeing and the dyeing temperature is controlled at 120 ℃. The hydrophilic softener and hygroscopic treatment agent are chosen for post-finishing to endow the fabric excellent hydroscopic and sweat-discharge property.
