目的：探讨在支气管扩张症患者中运用沙美特罗替卡松＋小剂量红霉素治疗的作用。方法随机将近期到我院诊治的64例支气管扩张症患者分组，对照组32例单纯予沙美特罗替卡松用药，观察组32例增用小剂量红霉素治疗，针对其总治疗情况作比较和评估。结果方案实施前，两组的FEV1和FVC值对比相似，无统计学意义（P＞0.05），实施后，观察组各项指标值相比对照组均有明显增高，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组用药期间均无严重不适，但在复发率上，观察组相对对照组更低，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论选用沙美特罗替卡松＋小剂量红霉素方案治疗支气管扩张症，总体疗效更理想、安全，且可降低复发率，适合推广。

Objective: To investigate in bronchiectasis patients using salmeterol and fluticasone propionate plus small dose erythromycin treatment effect. Methods:A total of 64 cases of patients with bronchial dilation in our hospital were randomly assigned to our hospital. The control group was treated with Shah Mette Lo Tikason in 32 cases. The observation group was treated with 32 cases with small dose erythromycin. Results:The FEV1 and FVC values of the two groups were similar, without statistical significance (P>0.05). After the implementation, the values of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no serious discomfort during the period of the two groups, but the observation group was lower than the control group in the recurrence rate (P<0.05). Conclusion:The selection of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate plus erythromycin in small dose regimen in the treatment of bronchial dilatation, the overall effect is more ideal, safety and reduce the recurrence rate, and is suitable for popularization.
