针对水轮机的大惯性和非线性特性以及传统水轮机控制系统误差较大等缺点,提出一种基于模糊规则的水泵循环节能控制系统.利用水泵模拟水轮机系统抽水蓄能发电的过程,并分别从系统硬件设计和软件设计的角度,采用了增强系统可靠性的措施,实现对水流速度的多级智能控制.实验结果表明,基于模糊规则的水泵循环节能控制系统具有更小的误差、较强的抗干扰能力,具有自动控制,可靠性高,操作简单等优点,其提高了水轮机系统的智能化程度.

Since the characteristics of large inertia and nonlinear for water turbine,and bigger error of the traditional water turbine control system,a circulation and energy conservation control system of water pumps based on fuzzy rules is proposed. The pumping,energy storage and electricity generation process of water turbine system was simulated by means of a water pump. The measures in the aspects of hardware design and software design was adopted to enhance the system reliability and re-alize the multi-level intelligent control of waterflow velocity. The experimental results show that this circulation and energy con-servation control system based on fuzzy rules has the advantages of small error,perfect anti-jamming capability,automatic con-trol,high reliability and easy operation. The intelligence degree of water turbine system was improved.
