目的：探讨血清D-二聚体( D-D)与弥散性血管内凝血( DIC)诊断的关系。方法100例DIC患者根据临床确诊DIC分为肺癌DIC组和急性心肌梗死DIC组(急性心梗DIC组),每组50例,另选正常同年龄组健康体检者作为正常对照组,测定各组血清D-二聚体( D-D)水平。结果肺癌DIC组血浆纤维蛋白降解产物( FDP)>6 mg/L,血清D-D水平升高(阳性),急性心梗DIC组血浆FDP>15 mg/L,血清D-D水平升高(阳性)8倍以上。结论 DIC患者血清D-二聚体的升高与DIC的关系密切。
목적：탐토혈청D-이취체( D-D)여미산성혈관내응혈( DIC)진단적관계。방법100례DIC환자근거림상학진DIC분위폐암DIC조화급성심기경사DIC조(급성심경DIC조),매조50례,령선정상동년령조건강체검자작위정상대조조,측정각조혈청D-이취체( D-D)수평。결과폐암DIC조혈장섬유단백강해산물( FDP)>6 mg/L,혈청D-D수평승고(양성),급성심경DIC조혈장FDP>15 mg/L,혈청D-D수평승고(양성)8배이상。결론 DIC환자혈청D-이취체적승고여DIC적관계밀절。
Objective To study the relationship of serum d-dimer ( D-D) with diagnosis of disseminated intravas-cular coagulation(DIC). Methods One hundred patients with DIC were divided into lung cancer DIC group (50 cases) and AMI DIC group (50 cases), the normal physical examination for the same age group as a normal control group. The level of serum d-dimer in each group ( D-D) was detected. Results FDP>6 mg/L in lung cancer DIC group, serum D-D levels ( masculine) elevated, FDP>15 mg/L in patients with AMI DIC, serum D-D levels ( masculine) elevated for more than 8 times. Conclusions Elevated serum d-dimer in patients with DIC is correlated with diagnosis of DIC.
