目的：探讨肺功能辅助判定儿童支气管哮喘预后的临床应用价值。方法80例支气管哮喘儿童均给予布地奈德福莫特罗联合治疗，在治疗前后均进行肺功能判断与临床症状评定。结果哮喘患儿治疗后的FEV1和FVC值都高于治疗前，对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。哮喘患儿治疗后的临床症状评分为（26.44±5.14），低于治疗前的（65.30±5.00），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在儿童支气管哮喘预后判断中，随着临床症状的好转，肺功能检测也明显改善，为此肺功能辅助判定儿童支气管哮喘预后有很好的价值。
목적：탐토폐공능보조판정인동지기관효천예후적림상응용개치。방법80례지기관효천인동균급여포지내덕복막특라연합치료，재치료전후균진행폐공능판단여림상증상평정。결과효천환인치료후적FEV1화FVC치도고우치료전，대비차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。효천환인치료후적림상증상평분위（26.44±5.14），저우치료전적（65.30±5.00），차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론재인동지기관효천예후판단중，수착림상증상적호전，폐공능검측야명현개선，위차폐공능보조판정인동지기관효천예후유흔호적개치。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of pulmonary function of assisted determining of the prognosis of bronchial asthma in children. Methods80 cases of bronchial asthma children received budesonide and formoterol treatment, lung function and clinical symptoms before and after treatment were assessed.ResultsFEV1 and FVC values after treatment were higher than before treatment,differences had statistical significance(P< 0.05). The clinical symptoms score after treatment was (26.44±5.14), which was lower than before treatment(65.30±5.00), differences had statistical significance(P< 0.05).Conclusion In the prognosis of bronchial asthma children,with the improvement of clinical symptoms,pulmonary function testing also significantly improved ,therefore lung function has good value for assisted determining of the prognosis of bronchial asthma in children.
