目的：观察Glidescope视频喉镜在颈椎外伤患者清醒气管插管中的应用。方法6例颈椎外伤患者，排除高血压病史，局麻药气管处理后，给予咪达唑仑0.05mg/kg,芬太尼2μg/kg,丙泊酚1mg/kg静脉注射，保持患者牵引头位不变，由同一名操纵者在Glidescope视频喉镜转指引下行气管插管。记录不同时间点的心率（HR)、收缩压（SBP)、舒张压（DBP）、血氧饱和度（SpO2)，对喉镜视野暴露进行评级，同时记录插管时间。结果6例气管插管均为一次成功，插管操作时间平均为42s,喉镜暴露视野分级5/6为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级。结论 Glidescope视频喉镜在颈椎外伤患者清醒气管插管中操作简便，视野暴露良好，安全性高。

목적：관찰Glidescope시빈후경재경추외상환자청성기관삽관중적응용。방법6례경추외상환자，배제고혈압병사，국마약기관처리후，급여미체서륜0.05mg/kg,분태니2μg/kg,병박분1mg/kg정맥주사，보지환자견인두위불변，유동일명조종자재Glidescope시빈후경전지인하행기관삽관。기록불동시간점적심솔（HR)、수축압（SBP)、서장압（DBP）、혈양포화도（SpO2)，대후경시야폭로진행평급，동시기록삽관시간。결과6례기관삽관균위일차성공，삽관조작시간평균위42s,후경폭로시야분급5/6위Ⅰ～Ⅱ급。결론 Glidescope시빈후경재경추외상환자청성기관삽관중조작간편，시야폭로량호，안전성고。
Objective:To observe the application of Glidescope video in the cervical spine trauma patients awake tracheal intubation. Methods:6 cases of cervical trauma were excluded hypertension. After the treatment of local anesthetic tracheal given Mi midazolam 0.05 mg/kg, fentanyl, propofol intravenous injection of 1mg/kg, keep the patient traction head position unchanged, with a manipulator GlideScope video laryngoscope in turn directed downward tracheal intubation. Heart rate (HR), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) were recorded at different time points. Results:6 cases of tracheal intubation were successful, the average operation time was 42s, and the exposure of the visual field was 5/6. Conclusion:Glidescope video is simple and easy to operate in the cervical spine trauma patients, the visual field exposure is good, and the safety is high.
