目的：探讨高迁移率族蛋白组A1（HMGA1）在肺癌中的表达，以及通过对患者的临床病理学研究，探讨对肺癌患者预后的影响。方法选择2004年到2014年在莱阳卫校医院和烟台市莱阳中心医院经手术治疗的60例肺癌患者，将他们的临床病理资料进行研究，并对患者进行随访，了解患者的生存状况，通过免疫组化的方法检测患者肺癌组织中的HMGA的表达，并分析与患者病理指标与预后的关系。结果高迁移率族蛋白组A1（HMGA1）在60例肺癌患者中有57例患者的肺癌组织呈阳性表达（95%）。HMGA1在肺癌组织中的表达与患者的生存状况有着很大的关系。本研究发现：高迁移率族蛋白组A1（HMGA1）的表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、肺癌的组织学类型等无明显的关系。结论 HMGA1在肺癌组织中呈高表达，研究HMGA1的表达有助于肺癌的诊断，也有助于对患者的预后判断。
목적：탐토고천이솔족단백조A1（HMGA1）재폐암중적표체，이급통과대환자적림상병이학연구，탐토대폐암환자예후적영향。방법선택2004년도2014년재래양위교의원화연태시래양중심의원경수술치료적60례폐암환자，장타문적림상병리자료진행연구，병대환자진행수방，료해환자적생존상황，통과면역조화적방법검측환자폐암조직중적HMGA적표체，병분석여환자병리지표여예후적관계。결과고천이솔족단백조A1（HMGA1）재60례폐암환자중유57례환자적폐암조직정양성표체（95%）。HMGA1재폐암조직중적표체여환자적생존상황유착흔대적관계。본연구발현：고천이솔족단백조A1（HMGA1）적표체여환자적성별、년령、종류대소、폐암적조직학류형등무명현적관계。결론 HMGA1재폐암조직중정고표체，연구HMGA1적표체유조우폐암적진단，야유조우대환자적예후판단。
Objective:To study the high mobility group protein group A1 (HMGA1) expression in lung cancer, and through the study of clinical pathology, discusses its influence on the prognosis of patients with lung cancer. Methods: From 2004 to 2014 in laiyang colleage in1992.and hospital and yantai laiyang center hospital after surgical treatment of 60 cases of patients with lung cancer, will study, their clinical data and follow-up of patients understand the condition of patients, by immunohistochemical method to detect patients with lung cancer tissues HMGA expression, and analysis and the relationship with the prognosis of patients with pathological indicators. Results: High mobility group protein group A1 (HMGA1) in 60 patients with lung cancer of lung tissue in 57 patients positive expression (95%).HMGA1 expression in lung cancer tissue has a lot to do with the condition of patients. This study found that:high mobility group protein group A1 (HMGA1) expression and the patient’s gender, age, tumor size, histological types of lung cancer has no obvious relation. Conclusion:HMGA1 is highly expressed in lung cancer tissue, study the expression of HMGA1 help the diagnosis of lung cancer, also helps to judge the prognosis of patients.
