针对高速剑杆织机对控制系统可靠性和灵活性的要求,设计了一种基于 CAN 总线的剑杆织机控制系统。该系统采用模块化设计,由主控制器、触摸屏、电子送经/卷取控制器、选纬/探纬控制器、多臂控制器和绞边/剪刀控制器等模块组成,每个功能模块作为 CAN 总线网络的一个节点,模块之间通过 CAN 总线进行数据传递,提高了剑杆织机的整体性能。
針對高速劍桿織機對控製繫統可靠性和靈活性的要求,設計瞭一種基于 CAN 總線的劍桿織機控製繫統。該繫統採用模塊化設計,由主控製器、觸摸屏、電子送經/捲取控製器、選緯/探緯控製器、多臂控製器和絞邊/剪刀控製器等模塊組成,每箇功能模塊作為 CAN 總線網絡的一箇節點,模塊之間通過 CAN 總線進行數據傳遞,提高瞭劍桿織機的整體性能。

A control system of the high speed rapier loom based on CAN bus is designed to meet the requirement of reliability and flexibility. Modularization design is adopted. The control system consists of the main controller module,the touch screen module,the electronic let-off/ take-up module,the weft selector/ weft detector module,the electrical dobby module and the leno selvedge/ weft cutter module. These functional modules are connected by CAN bus and each one is made as a CAN node. The communication among the modules is transferred through CAN bus. The overall performance of rapier is improved.
