실시“량안공정”시관철락실당중앙、국무원관우신형세하보장국가양식안전중대결책부서적중요공작。운용호련망+、대수거화운계산기술，건립천진시양식류통관리종합복무평태급기자계통，실행양식공작일상관리화응급공작상결합，시천진시실현지혜양식、학보양식안전적중요조시。
Implementation of′grain safety project′is to implement the Party Central Committee and State Council under new situation to protect national grain security and important work of deployment of major decisions. Using the Internet+, big data and cloud computing technology, a comprehensive service platform for grain circulation management in Tianjin and its subsystems were established, and daily management and emergency work were combined. That was an important measure to realize smart grain and to ensure grain security.
