结合具体典型涉重金属行业主要生产工艺,对重金属产生的主要环节和关键节点进行分析,筛选出“四同”(即同一原材料、同一产品、同一规模、同一工艺)之外与产生强度显著相关的关键节点。利用专家评分法和层次分析法构建了重金属产生强度评价指标体系,进而根据得出的综合评价指数,通过构建产污系数修正模型对原有的产污系数进行了必要的修正,得出铅蓄电池行业选定“四同”组合下的铅产污系数修正模型为ηlead =0.0176G3-2.76G2+148G+813。

Combined with the main manufacturing processes in typical industries related to heavy metals, key links and nodes generating the heavy metals were analyzed, and the critical nodes apart from "the four same factors"(i.e.the same raw material, the same product, the same scale, the same process) which were significantly correlated with the generation intensity of the heavy metals were screened.Then, the comprehensive evaluation indicators system for heavy metal generation intensity was constructed by the Experts Grading Method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP), and the comprehensive evaluation index was acquired.Finally, the fitting model was constructed to modify the original lead generation coefficients.The modified model for a specified "the four same factors"in lead-acid battery manufacture was obtained, namelyηlead=0.017 6G3-2.76G2 +148G+813.
