目的：研究鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗过敏性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法选取本院2010年7月至2013年7月收治的130例鼻中隔偏曲患者作为本次研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组65例。对照组采取传统的手术方法对患者进行治疗，研究组则采取鼻中隔偏曲矫正术对患者进行治疗。观察并对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过治疗，研究组患者的总有效率为98.46%，明显高于总有效率为84.62%的对照组许多（P＜0.01），两组之间差异具有统计学意义。结论本文采用鼻中隔偏曲矫正术不仅能有效治疗过敏性鼻窦炎患者，还能可减少手术的时间，降低并发症。
목적：연구비중격편곡교정술치료과민성비두염적림상료효。방법선취본원2010년7월지2013년7월수치적130례비중격편곡환자작위본차연구대상，수궤분위연구조화대조조，매조65례。대조조채취전통적수술방법대환자진행치료，연구조칙채취비중격편곡교정술대환자진행치료。관찰병대비량조환자적치료효과。결과경과치료，연구조환자적총유효솔위98.46%，명현고우총유효솔위84.62%적대조조허다（P＜0.01），량조지간차이구유통계학의의。결론본문채용비중격편곡교정술불부능유효치료과민성비두염환자，환능가감소수술적시간，강저병발증。
Objective:To research the clinical effect of nasal septum surgery in the treatment of allergic sinusitis. Methods:select the hospital in July 2010 to 2013 July treated 130 cases of nasal septum deviation patients as the object of the study, randomly divided into study group and control group, 65 cases in each group. While the control group adopted the traditional surgical method for the treatment of patients, study group take deviation of nasal septum correction to the patient for treatment. To observe and compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients. Results:after treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 98.46%, significantly higher than the total effective rate was 84.62%in the control group (P<0.01), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion:the deviation of nasal septum correction not only can effectively treat allergic sinusitis patients, but also can reduce the operation time, reduce the complications.
