目的：研究认知行为疗法联合盐酸度洛西汀肠溶胶囊治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的疗效。方法选取广泛性焦虑障碍患者64例随机分为两组。对照组采用盐酸度洛西汀肠溶胶囊治疗，实验组在对照组基础上采用认知行为疗法治疗。结果实验组患者临床效果更显著，不良反应发生率比对照组更低，P＜0.05。结论采用认知行为疗法联合盐酸度洛西丁肠溶胶囊治疗广泛性焦虑障碍患者，可以有效提高临床疗效，降低不良反应发生率。
목적：연구인지행위요법연합염산도락서정장용효낭치료엄범성초필장애적료효。방법선취엄범성초필장애환자64례수궤분위량조。대조조채용염산도락서정장용효낭치료，실험조재대조조기출상채용인지행위요법치료。결과실험조환자림상효과경현저，불량반응발생솔비대조조경저，P＜0.05。결론채용인지행위요법연합염산도락서정장용효낭치료엄범성초필장애환자，가이유효제고림상료효，강저불량반응발생솔。
To study the effect of cognitive behavior therapy combined with Duloxetine Hydrochloride Enteric Capsule in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder objective. Methods:64 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into two groups. The control group using Duloxetine Hydrochloride Enteric Capsule treatment, the experimental group in the control group based on the use of cognitive behavioral therapy. Results:The clinical effect was more obvious in the experimental group, the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion:The cognitive behavior therapy combined hydrochloride duloxetine enteric coated capsule treatment in patients with generalized anxiety disorder can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
