目的：分析保乳术与改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的临床治疗效果。方法选取2009年1月～2010年1月我院收治的乳腺癌患者46例，将其随机分为观察组（保乳术治疗）与对照组（改良根治术治疗），对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间等方面均少于对照组（P <0.05）；但两组患者的局部复发率、远处转移率及5年生存率比较，无明显差异（P >0.05）。结论保乳术在乳腺癌患者中的临床治疗效果显著。

목적：분석보유술여개량근치술치료유선암적림상치료효과。방법선취2009년1월～2010년1월아원수치적유선암환자46례，장기수궤분위관찰조（보유술치료）여대조조（개량근치술치료），대비분석량조환자적치료효과。결과관찰조수술시간、술중출혈량급주원시간등방면균소우대조조（P <0.05）；단량조환자적국부복발솔、원처전이솔급5년생존솔비교，무명현차이（P >0.05）。결론보유술재유선암환자중적림상치료효과현저。
ObjectiveTo analyze conserving surgery with modified radical mastectomy clinical treatment of breast cancer.Methods January 2009~January 2010, 46 cases of breast cancer in in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups (breast-conserving surgery therapy) and control group (modified radical mastectomy), comparative analysis of the two groups of patients the therapeutic effect. ResultsThe aspect observation operation time, blood loss and hospital stay were less than the control group (P < 0.05); but the two groups of patients with local recurrence, distant metastasis rate and 5-year survival compared with no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion Breast-conserving surgery clinical outcomes in breast cancer patients is significant, worthy of promotion.
