高压水射流清洗技术在地铁隧道清洗中运用越来越广泛,但对清洗工作参数的选择还停留在试验和经验阶段.在建立了扇形喷嘴及其外流场的三维模型的基础上,运用FLUENT的VOF两相流模型对相同尺寸扇形喷嘴不同压力下不同靶距的轴向动压力、不同尺寸相同压力下不同靶距的打击力、不同射流角度的壁面各向打击力和壁面径向动压分布进行了分析研究.结果表明:相同压力下、不同出口直径喷嘴的打击力均随靶距的增大先增加后减小,故靶距存在合理的取值范围.射流角度为30°时,清洗效果较好.

High-pressure water jet cleaning technology was used in the subway tunnel cleaning more and more widely, but the choice of pa-rameters for the cleaning work is still stuck in the experimental and experience stage. The three-dimensional modeling of flat fan nozzle and external injection area are established. Based on VOF two-phase model of FLUENT, axial dynamic pressure of the same nozzle with differ-ent target distances under different pressures and wall strike force of the different sizes of nozzles with different target distances under same pressure and strike forces in different directions and radial dynamic pressure distribution of the wall with different jet angles are analyzed. The results show that wall strike force decreases after the first increase with the increasing target distance with the different sizes of nozzles under the same pressure, so there is a reasonable target. The cleaning effect is better with 30°-jet angle.
