目的:比较冠状动脉CT成像( CTA)和冠状动脉造影检查诊断冠心病的作用。方法选取河南省人民医院2010年7月至2012年7月收治的3000例已确诊的冠心病患者,分别对其行冠状动脉CTA检查和冠状动脉造影检查,然后对其冠心病的诊断效果进行对比分析。结果冠状动脉CTA检查检出4500支病变冠状动脉;冠状动脉造影检查检出3980支病变冠状动脉。和冠状动脉造影检查相比,冠状动脉CTA检查检出率较高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠状动脉CTA检查在判断冠状动脉粥样硬化狭窄程度方面较冠状动脉造影检查具有优越性和较高的临床应用价值,是诊断冠心病的一种安全、准确、可靠的方法,值得在临床推广。

Objective To compare the effect of coronary CTA and coronary angiography on the diagnosis of coro-nary artery disease. Methods Three thousands patients who were diagnosed with coronary heart disease and admitted to Henan provincial people’ s hospital from July 2010 to July 2012 were selected as research subjects, and were given CTA in-spection and coronary angiography respectively. The effects of them in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease were com-pared. Results Forty-five hundred coronary lesions were detected by coronary CTA and thirty-nine hundred and eight cor-onary lesions were detected by coronary angiography. In comparison to coronary angiography, coronary CTA has higher de-tection rate, and the difference was significant (P<0. 05). Conclusions Coronary CTA has more advantages in the diag-nosis of coronary atherosclerotic stenosis than coronary angiography with higher clinical value; It is a safe, accurate, and reliable method in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, so it deserves to be widely promoted in the clinics.
