介绍慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作期病人误吸的危险因素、筛查、评估与诊断、护理干预，认为 COPD 急性发作期病人与误吸病人存在多项重叠的高危因素，对 COPD 急性发作期病人误吸的评估和干预还需要投入更大的培训力度。

It introduced the risk factors,screening,evaluation and diagnosis,nursing intervention of aspiration in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients in acute attack phase.It was considered that there were many high risk factors for COPD patients in acute phase and patients with aspiration.It also needs to increase the intensity of training on the aspiration assessment and intervention of patients with COPD in acute attack phase.
