成本核算是医院管理的重要内容。自新《医院会计制度》实施以来，为我国医院成本核算提供了新的规范标准，为提高医院成本核算有效性，就必须要针对医院成本核算存在的问题进行分析与探讨，并制定有效的成本管理对策，为此，本研究主要探究医院成本核算中对成本精细化管理的实际应用。

성본핵산시의원관리적중요내용。자신《의원회계제도》실시이래，위아국의원성본핵산제공료신적규범표준，위제고의원성본핵산유효성，취필수요침대의원성본핵산존재적문제진행분석여탐토，병제정유효적성본관리대책，위차，본연구주요탐구의원성본핵산중대성본정세화관리적실제응용。
Cost accounting is an important content of hospital management. Over a new leaf "hospital accounting system", since the carrying out of the hospital cost accounting provides a new standard in our country, in order to improve the effectiveness of hospital cost accounting, wil have to be at the hospital cost accounting existing problems were analyzed and discussed, and formulate the effective cost management measures, therefore, this study explores the hospital cost accounting for the cost of fine management in practical application.
