目的研究晶状体上皮细胞凋亡对白内障发展所起的作用。方法收集老年性及糖尿病性白内障晶状体前囊膜送电镜扫描,取老年性及糖尿病性白内障晶状体前囊膜各5例,用反转录酶-聚合酶链锁反应( RT-PCR)检测法,检测凋亡相关基因的表达。结果老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞形态大小不一,多扁平细胞,细胞间隙增大,胞浆内可见空泡变性,部分细胞溶解坏死,部分细胞皱缩,呈早期细胞调亡改变;糖尿病性白内障晶状体上皮细胞的胞浆空泡变性更加严重,两种白内障晶状体上皮细胞中均可见凋亡细胞。糖尿病患者白内障晶状体前囊膜样本中Fas、p53与Bax基因的表达显著高于老年性患者。结论老年性和糖尿病性白内障的发生与晶状体上皮细胞的凋亡密切相关。

목적연구정상체상피세포조망대백내장발전소기적작용。방법수집노년성급당뇨병성백내장정상체전낭막송전경소묘,취노년성급당뇨병성백내장정상체전낭막각5례,용반전록매-취합매련쇄반응( RT-PCR)검측법,검측조망상관기인적표체。결과노년성백내장정상체상피세포형태대소불일,다편평세포,세포간극증대,포장내가견공포변성,부분세포용해배사,부분세포추축,정조기세포조망개변;당뇨병성백내장정상체상피세포적포장공포변성경가엄중,량충백내장정상체상피세포중균가견조망세포。당뇨병환자백내장정상체전낭막양본중Fas、p53여Bax기인적표체현저고우노년성환자。결론노년성화당뇨병성백내장적발생여정상체상피세포적조망밀절상관。
Objective To study the effect of lens epithelial cell apoptosis in cataract development.Methods Five cases anterior lens capsules of senile and diabetic cataract respectively were collected.Transmission electron microscope was used to observe the anterior lens capsules.The apoptosis-related genes were detected by Reverse Tran-scriptase-Polymerase Chain Reaction.Results The epithelial cell of senile cataract lens differed in size, usually as flat epithelial cells, intercellular space dilatation, vacuoles degeneration can be seen in the cytoplasm,dissolve pu-trescence of part cytolysis necrosis,show the change of early cell apoptosis.The vacuoles degeneration of cytoplasm in diabetic cataract was more serious than senile.The apoptotic cell were seen in two cataract lens.The expression of Fas,p53 and Bax of diabetic cataract were higher than those in senile.Conclusions Epithelial cell apoptosis is closely related to the development of senile and diabetic cataract.
