近年来,对广义虚拟经济的研究越来越深入,对科技型人才激励的研究也层出不穷.但从广义虚拟经济的视角对科技型人才激励进行的探索还比较少.科技型人才作为高级知识分子,需求更加特殊.因此,本文认为在广义虚拟经济的背景下,对科技型人才的激励不应该仅仅注重物质激励,而是应该更多的看到广义虚拟经济下科技型人才精神方面的需求特征变化,从而有针对性地进行激励,达到事半功倍的效果.

In recent years, the study of the generalized virtual economy is more and more deeply, and the research on the technological talents incentive also emerges in endlessly. However, the explorations of tech-nological talents incentive from the perspective of generalized virtual economy still relatively less. This paper argues thatincentives for technological talent should not only focus on material incentives, but should see more about spiritual needs change of technological talents under the influence of generalized virtual economy. Thus we can give incentives effectively and achieve the result with half the effort.
