采用紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)技术探讨了瓜环 Q[7,8]与具有光动力疗效的光敏剂四苯基卟啉锌(ZnTPP)分子之间的组装作用.结果表明,Q[7,8]与 ZnTPP 均形成以1∶1为主的组装物;溶液 pH 值在5.0~11.0范围内,组装体较稳定;主-客体间的相互作用都能够自发进行,组装过程是放热反应,以熵驱动为主;与 ZnT-PP 相比,组装体的荧光量子产率并没有明显下降;ZnTPP与 Q[7,8]组装后,溶解度得到极大的提高.

The functional assembly between Q[7],Q[8]with zinc tetraphenylporphyrin (ZnTPP)were investi-gated by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum,infrared spectrum and scanning electron microscopy.The re-sults show that the assembly rate was about 1∶1 respectively between Q [7,8]and ZnTPP;when pH value of solution was in the range of 5.0-11.0,assembly was more stable;the thermodynamic data shows that assembly process was spontaneous,exothermic,and giving priority to entropy driven;fluorescence quantum of assembly was not significantly decreased when compared with ZnTPP;the solubility of ZnTPP have been improved ex-tremely as a result of assembled with Q [7,8].
